Who we are

Zaini Developers ("we") is a software studio registered in India with offices in Lucknow, India and the Sharjah / Ajman area, UAE. Contact: info@zainidevelopers.com.

What we collect on this website

Only what you type into the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, message) and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept for security. We use no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the work. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except hosting and e-mail providers needed to run this site.

Client systems we host

Where we host software for a client, the client remains the owner and controller of the data inside it. We access it only for support, backups and upgrades, and never share it. Each client's data is kept in its own database with encrypted credentials.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs for up to 90 days. Client data for as long as the service contract runs, plus the agreed backup period.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing — e-mail info@zainidevelopers.com. We respond within one working day.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Client panels set a session cookie only, for sign-in.
