Services and quotations
We provide software development, design, hosting and related services. Every project is quoted individually in writing; a quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after written acceptance and any agreed advance payment.
Scope, changes and timelines
The scope is defined in the proposal. Changes requested after acceptance may affect cost and timeline and will be confirmed in writing before we proceed. Timelines assume timely feedback, content and access from the client.
Payments
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Deliverables, source code and hosting access are released on receipt of the related payment. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Intellectual property
On full payment the client owns the bespoke code and designs created for the project. Pre-existing components, frameworks and white-label platforms (for example FORMA ERP, ZainiPOS) remain our property and are licensed to the client for the agreed use. Third-party libraries remain under their own licences.
Support and warranty
We fix defects reported within 30 days of delivery free of charge. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and feature work are provided under a separate support plan.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, hosting outages or changes made by others.

Governing law
Contracts with our UAE office are governed by the laws of the UAE; contracts with our Indian entity by the laws of India, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
