Paid within 7 days of the client's final payment clearing. Tiers are cumulative across a rolling 12 months.
Before work starts we list every deliverable and assign it an hour estimate. Your share of the total hours becomes your share of the fee — written down and agreed by both sides.
Whichever party owns the relationship invoices the client in full. The other party invoices them for their agreed share on the same milestone schedule.
Splits release on the same 50/50 or 40/30/30 milestones as the main project, so neither side carries the other's cash-flow risk.
